Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are verified, processed, and packed with care. Please allow 1 – 3 business days for our warehouse team to process your order prior to dispatch.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow 24 – 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier system after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Safe Packaging & Damaged Items

Because many of our products — such as ceramic coffee mugs and heavy cookware — require delicate handling, we enforce strict protective packaging standards for transit safety.

If your order arrives damaged or defective upon opening, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photos or a short video showing the damaged item and packaging box

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately after verification.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union, applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

For other international destinations, import duties, tariffs, or local VAT taxes may be imposed by your local customs office upon arrival. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Modifications

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you need to modify your shipping details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at service@kitchenkithub.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
